Acquisition of finished housing with the condition of mandatory reconstruction in the secondary real estate market for all categories of citizens with low and medium incomes, living and working for hire or doing business outside the cities of Bishkek and Osh.

Interest rate: 8% per annum

Loan amount: up to 30,000 euros per housing unit in the equivalent of the national currency at the rate of the NBKR at the time of applying for a loan.

Loan term: up to 15 years
