Housing program of the Kyrgyz Republic "My home 2021-2026"

The main goal of this Program is to provide citizens of the country with affordable housing by: 1) development of the housing finance system; 2) development of a system of contractual housing savings, which will lead to the accumulation of savings of the population; 3) increase in housing construction, including through PPP mechanisms, housing certificates and other mechanisms; 4) focus on attracting extrabudgetary sources of funding in the medium term; 5) development of the securities market, including Islamic securities.

The procedure for selecting participants in the housing program of the Kyrgyz Republic "My Home 2021-2026" establishes the selection criteria, the procedure for the formation and selection of participants, determines the conditions for issuing mortgage loans, loans for the overhaul of existing housing, the conditions for providing housing for rent with subsequent purchase, expansion of existing housing, as well as requirements for purchased housing as part of the implementation of the housing program of the Kyrgyz Republic "My House 2021-2026"

Law "On State Mortgage Housing Lending"

This Law establishes the legal framework for the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of providing affordable housing to citizens and is aimed at ensuring conditions for citizens to exercise their right to housing, the realization of citizens' rights to improve housing conditions and develop housing construction in the Kyrgyz Republic.
