Participation of State Mortgage Company OJSC in the 6th meeting of the Asian Association of secondary mortgage market (ASMMA)

Participation of  State Mortgage Company OJSC in the 6th meeting of the Asian Association of secondary mortgage market (ASMMA).

State mortgage Company OJSC took part in the 6th annual meeting of the Asian secondary Mortgage market Association (asmma) in Pusan, South Korea in the period from 2 to 5 September 2019. The 6th annual meeting discussed the main trends in the development of the secondary mortgage market in the world, including the promotion of energy saving and the development of "green mortgage". The number of participants and speakers of the event was more than 150 people.

Jong-Hvan Lee, chairman of ASMMA Association : "    Worldwide    no country has been able to solve all its housing problems on its own, the exchange of experience will contribute to the overall mission of the organization, to the improvement of national prosperity and development of the national economy of each participating country. The mission of the Association is to provide a framework and platform for the exchange of ideas, opinions and experiences in order to develop the mortgage market in the countries that are members of the Association to improve the conditions for obtaining housing loans and ensure a higher quality of life».

The next 7th annual meeting in 2020 is expected in Kazakhstan.  Asian Association of secondary mortgage market (Asian Secondary Mortgage Market Association) created in September 2014. It is public nonprofit organization open to national mortgage corporations (organizations) in Asia (11 countries).  Following the meeting, the Korean housing Finance Corporation expressed its readiness to train 2 employees of  State Mortgage Company OJSC on the basis of KHFC.  Negotiations were held with the national mortgage company of Malaysia (Cagamas Berhad) on the  training of employees of  State Mortgage Company OJSC  on Islamic principles of financing.
